Enhancement Wellness Services, founded by Patrice Benbow, empowers women, families, and communities through holistic coaching, CPR and First Aid training, yoga, and natural self-care products. We combine medical expertise with compassionate care to support mind, body, and spirit wellness, helping clients navigate life transitions, build confidence, and embrace a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

We believe that true wellness begins from within, and that everyone deserves the knowledge, guidance, and support to enhance their life—mind, body, and spirit.
